Optive Eye Drop is an eye lubricant or artificial tears used to relieve dry eyes. It is used to used to lubricate dry eyes and help maintain moisture on the outer surface of the eyes. Common causes for dry eyes include wind, sun, heating/air conditioning, computer use/reading, and certain medications. Eye lubricants keep the eye moist, help to protect the eye from injury and infection, and decrease symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching, and feeling as if something is in the eye. Usage Instill one drop in the affected eye/s three times a day or as directed by the doctor.
