Description The ri-former® offers a modular, flexible diagnostic station that adapts to various clinical needs. Available as a wall, rail, or mobile-base unit, it supports up to three instrument handles (with heads like otoscope, ophthalmoscope, dermatoscope, etc.). Optional modules allow integration of a predictive probe thermometer (RPT-100), or infrared tympanic thermometer, as well as a blood pressure monitor (either Big Ben® aneroid or automated RBP-100). Ergonomic handles feature rheotronic® control for adjustable brightness and automatic on/off. Diagnostic station with flexible, modular design The flexible, modular design is available as a mobile base, wall design, or rail design, offering many configurations to suit the needs of hospitals, medical practices, and clinics. ri-former® diagnostic station provides the healthcare professional (HCP) with the ability to assess their patient’s eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin, making it suitable for use across ENT and Dermatology. Features and benefits Design options ri-former® is available in the following design options: Rail design is designed to attach to a rail, either horizontally or vertically. It comes with 2 handles and a ri-spec® ear specula dispenser. Mobile base is made of a higher-quality stainless steel pole, which is height adjustable (105 – 130 cm / 41.3 – 51.2 in), with effortless mobility facilitated by low-friction castors, antistatic properties, and two lockable castors (75 mm / 3 in) with a diameter of 54 cm / 21 in. It comes with 2 handles and a Ri-spec ear specula dispenser. Wall design is designed to be attached to the wall. It comes with a choice of 1 or 2 handles and includes a wall mounting plate, plugs, and screws.
