Heavy-Duty Rails The drawer is mounted to heavy-duty rails to ensure safety and stability when loading and unloading, when the drawer is fully extended the rails lock to ensure there is no movement; equally, when the drawer is pushed fully back into place, the rails will also lock to ensure no movement when travelling CNC Machined As this drawer is CNC Machined, the measurements always remain exact and give the drawer a professional finish. Made from a strong 3mm aluminium Rail Attachments Our boot drawer is supplied with fittings which slide straight into the rails on your van, once tightened this means the drawer will remain in place with no movement (Check out the video we made a few years ago of the VW California Ocean/SE version, this drawer fits in practically the same way) Floor Protection There’s no need to worry about the drawer leaving marks on the floor of your van, the drawer comes with some soft velcro attached to the underside where the frame sits on the flooring which prevents any scratches or marks from occurring. Top tip – if you’re worried about your belongings scratching or moving about on the drawer, lay some anti-slip matting or carpet down!
